Mae'r Gorchymyn hwn, sy'n dod i rym ar 31 Rhagfyr 2007, yn diwygio Gorchymyn Awdurdodau Parciau Cenedlaethol (Cymru) 1995 (y prif Orchymyn).

Mae erthygl 3 o'r Gorchymyn hwn yn diwygio Rhannau I a II o Atodlen 2 i'r prif Orchymyn fel bod nifer aelodau Awdurdod Parc Cenedlaethol Arfordir Penfro yn codi o 15 i 18. Cyfanswm nifer yr aelodau yw 12 o aelodau awdurdod lleol a 6 aelod a benodir gan Weinidogion Cymru.

Ni luniwyd asesiad effaith reoleiddiol llawn ar gyfer yr offeryn hwn gan na ragwelir y bydd yr offeryn yn effeithio o gwbl ar y sector preifat na'r sector gwirfoddol.
