Mae Gweinidogion Cymru yn gwneud y Gorchymyn a ganlyn drwy arfer y pwerau a roddwyd gan adran 8 o Ddeddf Iechyd Anifeiliaid 1981(1) ac a freiniwyd bellach ynddynt hwy(2).

Enwi a chychwyn

1.  Enw'r Gorchymyn hwn yw Gorchymyn Ffliw Adar (H5N1) (Diwygiadau Amrywiol) (Cymru) 2007; mae'n gymwys o ran Cymru a daw i rym am 3.59p.m. ar 28 Tachwedd 2007.

Diwygio

2.—(1) Ar ôl erthygl 14(2)(j) o Orchymyn Ffliw Adar (H5N1 Mewn Dofednod) (Cymru) 2006(3) mewnosoder—

“(ja)raw petfood, within the meaning of paragraph 48 of Annex I to Regulation (EC) No. 1774/2002, which complies with the requirements in Part B of Chapter II of Annex VIII to that Regulation;”.

(2) Ar ôl paragraff 13(2)(j) o Atodlen 1 i Orchymyn Ffliw Adar (H5N1 Mewn Adar Gwyllt) (Cymru) 2006(4) mewnosoder—

“(ja)raw petfood, within the meaning of paragraph 48 of Annex I to Regulation (EC) No. 1774/2002, which complies with the requirements in Part B of Chapter II of Annex VIII to that Regulation;”.

Mae'r Gorchymyn hwn yn diwygio Gorchymyn Ffliw Adar (H5N1 Mewn Dofednod) (Cymru) 2006 (O.S. 2006/3309 (Cy.299)) a Gorchymyn Ffliw Adar (H5N1 Mewn Adar Gwyllt) (Cymru) 2006 (O.S. 2006/3310 (Cy.300)) er mwyn ychwanegu bwyd amrwd i anifeiliaid anwes at y rhestr o sgil-gynhyrchion y gellir eu symud o dan awdurdod trwydded a ddyroddwyd gan arolygydd milfeddygol o dan y naill Orchymyn a'r llall.

Ni chafodd asesiad effaith reoleiddiol llawn ei baratoi ar gyfer yr offeryn hwn.

Cafodd yr Offeryn Statudol hwn ei wneud o ganlyniad i nam yn O.S. 2006/3309 (Cy.299) ac O.S. 2006/3310 (Cy.300) ac fe'i dyroddir yn rhad ac am ddim i bawb y gwyddys iddynt gael yr Offerynnau Statudol hynny.

Trosglwyddwyd swyddogaethau'r Gweinidog a'r Ysgrifennydd Gwladol i Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru gan O.S. 1999/672 ac O.S. 2004/3044. Trosglwyddwyd swyddogaethau Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru i Weinidogion Cymru yn rhinwedd paragraff 30 o Atodlen 11 i Ddeddf Llywodraeth Cymru 2006.
