Revocation of spent provisions in the National Health Service Reform and Health Care Professions Act 2002 (Supplementary, Consequential etc Provisions) Regulations 2002

5.—(1) The National Health Service Reform and Health Care Professions Act 2002 (Supplementary, Consequential etc Provisions) Regulations 2002(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In Schedule 1 (amendments consequential on Part 1 of the National Health Service Reform and Health Care Professions Act 2002), omit paragraph 47 (Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations 1989).
