Rheoliadau Rheolaethau Swyddogol ar Fwyd Anifeiliaid a Bwyd (Cymru) 2007

Cyfnewid a darparu gwybodaeth

4.—(1) At ddibenion galluogi awdurdodau cymwys, awdurdodau RhSFAB (Rheolaethau Swyddogol ar Fwyd Anifeiliaid a Bwyd) eraill ac Aelod-wladwriaethau i gyflawni'r rhwymedigaethau a roddir arnynt gan Reoliad 882/2004, caiff awdurdodau cymwys gyfnewid ymhlith ei gilydd neu ddarparu i awdurdodau RhSFAB eraill unrhyw wybodaeth y maent yn ei chael wrth weithredu neu orfodi cyfraith bwyd anifeiliaid berthnasol neu gyfraith bwyd berthnasol.

(2) At ddibenion gweithredu neu orfodi cyfraith bwyd anifeiliaid berthnasol neu gyfraith bwyd berthnasol, caiff awdurdodau cymwys gyfnewid ymhlith ei gilydd unrhyw wybodaeth y maent yn ei chael wrth weithredu neu orfodi cyfraith bwyd anifeiliaid berthnasol neu gyfraith bwyd berthnasol.

(3) Caiff awdurdodau cymwys rannu gwybodaeth y maent yn ei chael wrth weithredu neu orfodi cyfraith bwyd anifeiliaid berthnasol neu gyfraith bwyd berthnasol â'r cyrff sy'n gweithredu ac yn gorfodi cyfraith bwyd anifeiliaid berthnasol neu gyfraith bwyd berthnasol yn Lloegr, Gogledd Iwerddon a'r Alban at ddibenion hwyluso gwaith gweithredu neu orfodi cyfraith bwyd anifeiliaid berthnasol neu gyfraith bwyd berthnasol yn y gwledydd hynny.

(4) Nid yw paragraffau (1), (2) a (3) yn lleihau effaith unrhyw bwer arall sydd gan awdurdodau cymwys gan neu o dan ddeddfwriaeth Gymunedol i ddatgelu gwybodaeth.

(5) At ddibenion y rheoliad hwn, ystyr “awdurdodau RhSFAB eraill” yw awdurdodau a ddynodwyd yn y Deyrnas Unedig yn awdurdodau cymwys at ddibenion Rheoliad 882/2004 ac eithrio'r awdurdodau cymwys a ddynodir o dan y Rheoliadau hyn.
