Gwirio cynhyrchion

28.—(1) Rhaid i'r person sy'n gyfrifol am gyflwyno unrhyw gynnyrch i Gymru ganiatáu i swyddog awdurdodedig i awdurdod gorfodi gyflawni gwiriadau mewn perthynas â'r cynnyrch yn unol ag Erthygl 16 o Reoliad 882/2004.

(2) Pan fo swyddog awdurdodedig yn cyflawni gwiriadau mewn perthynas â chynnyrch yn unol ag Erthygl 16 o Reoliad 882/2004, rhaid i'r person sy'n cyflwyno'r cynnyrch ddarparu'r cyfleusterau a'r cymorth y mae ar y swyddog awdurdodedig angen rhesymol amdanynt er mwyn cyflawni'r gwiriadau hynny.

(3) Pan fo swyddog awdurdodedig i awdurdod gorfodi yn cyflawni gwiriad adnabod neu wiriad ffisegol ar gynnyrch yn unol ag Erthygl 16, bydd gan y swyddog hwnnw hawl i'w gwneud yn ofynnol bod y gwiriad yn digwydd mewn man penodedig.
