Gwahardd cyflwyno bwyd anifeiliaid penodol a bwyd penodol

27.—(1) Gwaherddir y canlynol—

(a)cyflwyno i Gymru o drydedd wlad fwyd anifeiliaid penodedig sy'n methu â chydymffurfio â gofynion diogelwch bwyd anifeiliaid â'r gofynion hynny;

(b)cyflwyno i Gymru o rywle arall yn y tiriogaethau perthnasol fwyd anifeiliaid penodedig sy'n tarddu o drydedd wlad a hwnnw'n fwyd anifeiliaid sy'n methu â chydymffurfio â gofynion diogelwch bwyd anifeiliaid;

(c)cyflwyno i Gymru o drydedd wlad fwyd penodedig sy'n methu â chydymffurfio

(i)â gofynion diogelwch bwyd; neu

(ii)â gofynion Erthyglau 3 i 6 o Reoliad 852/2004; ac

(ch)cyflwyno i Gymru o rywle arall yn y tiriogaethau perthnasol fwyd penodedig sy'n tarddu o drydedd wlad ac sy'n methu â chydymffurfio â—

(iii)gofynion diogelwch bwyd; neu

(iv)gofynion Erthyglau 3 i 6 o Reoliad 852/2004.

(2) Yn y rheoliad hwn—

(a)ystyr “bwyd anifeiliaid penodedig) yw bwyd anifeiliaid sy'n gynnyrch;

(b)ystyr “bwyd penodedig” yw bwyd sy'n gynnyrch.
