Arbenigwyr y Comisiwn

15.—(1) Pan fo swyddog gorfodi yn mynd i mewn i fangre at ddibenion gweithredu a gorfodi rheolaethau swyddogol, caiff y swyddog fynd ag arbenigydd o'r Comisiwn gydag ef er mwyn galluogi'r arbenigydd hwnnw i gyflawni swyddogaethau o dan Erthygl 45 o Reoliad 882/2004.

(2) Ym mharagraff (1) ac ym mharagraff 5(b) o reoliad 17 ystyr “swyddog gorfodi” yw swyddog awdurdodedig i unrhyw awdurdod sy'n gyfrifol am weithredu a gorfodi rheolaethau swyddogol ar gyfer gwirio cydymffurfedd â chyfraith bwyd anifeiliaid berthnasol a chyfraith bwyd berthnasol.
