Cychwyn darpariaethau bathodyn glas o ran Cymru

2.  30 Mawrth 2008 yw'r diwrnod penodedig i ddarpariaethau canlynol y Ddeddf, i'r graddau y maent yn ymwneud â Chymru, ddod i rym—

(a)adran 9 (cydnabod bathodynau pobl anabl a ddyroddwyd y tu allan i Brydain Fawr);

(b)Rhan 2 o Atodlen 1 ac adran 19(1) i'r graddau y maent yn ymwneud â'r Rhan honno o'r Atodlen honno;

(c)y cofnodion yn Atodlen 2 o ran Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984(1) a Deddf Rheoli Traffig 2004(2), ac adran 19(2) i'r graddau y maent yn ymwneud â'r cofnodion hynny.
