Dulliau Dadansoddi
9.—(1) Y dull a ddefnyddir wrth ddadansoddi unrhyw sampl i bwrpas canfod faint o fonomer finyl clorid sydd yn bresennol yn y deunydd neu eitem, er mwyn dyfarnu a yw'n cydymffurfio â rheoliad 8(1)(a), yw'r dull a nodir yn yr Atodiad i Gyfarwyddeb y Comisiwn 80/766/EEC (sydd yn pennu dull y Gymuned o ddadansoddi er mwyn rheoli'n swyddogol lefel y monomer finyl clorid mewn deunyddiau ac eitemau y bwriedir iddynt ddod i gysylltiad â bwydydd)(1).
(2) Y dull a ddefnyddir wrth ddadansoddi unrhyw fwyd i bwrpas canfod faint o finyl clorid sydd yn bresennol yn y bwyd, er mwyn dyfarnu a yw deunydd neu eitem sydd mewn cysylltiad â'r bwyd, neu sydd wedi bod mewn cysylltiad â'r bwyd, yn cydymffurfio â rheoliad 8(1)(b), yw'r dull a nodir yn yr Atodiad i Gyfarwyddeb y Comisiwn 81/432/EEC (sydd yn pennu dull y Gymuned o ddadansoddi er mwyn rheoli'n swyddogol y finyl clorid a ryddheir i fwydydd gan ddeunyddiau ac eitemau)(2).
