Terfynau, a therfynau ymfudo

8.—(1) Rhaid i ddeunyddiau ac eitemau sy'n cael eu gweithgynhyrchu â pholymerau a chydbolymerau finyl clorid —

(a)peidio â chynnwys monomer finyl clorid mewn maint sydd yn fwy nag 1 miligram fesul cilogram o'r deunydd neu'r eitem fel y caiff ei fesur yn ôl y dull dadansoddi a nodir yn rheoliad 9(1); a

(b)bod wedi eu gweithgynhyrchu yn y fath fodd ag i beidio â throsglwyddo i fwydydd y maent mewn cysylltiad â hwy unrhyw faint o finyl clorid sydd yn fwy na 0.01 miligram o finyl clorid fesul cilogram o fwyd fel y caiff ei fesur yn ôl y dull dadansoddi a nodir yn rheoliad 9(2).

(2) Ni chaiff unrhyw berson

(a)gwerthu;

(b)mewnforio; neu

(c)defnyddio, yn ystod busnes ac mewn cysylltiad â storio, paratoi, pecynnu, gwerthu neu arlwyo bwyd,

unrhyw ddeunydd neu eitem o'r fath nad yw'n cydymffurfio â pharagraff (1).
