Diwygio Rheoliadau Eitemau Ceramig mewn Cyffyrddiad â Bwyd (Cymru) 2006

22.—(1) Diwygir Rheoliadau Eitemau Ceramig mewn Cyffyrddiad â Bwyd (Cymru) 2006(1) yn unol â pharagraff (2).

(2) Yn Atodlen 3 (datganiad o gydymffurfiad), rhodder y canlynol yn lle is-baragraff (5) o baragraff 1 —

“(5) cadarnhad bod yr eitem geramig neu'r eitemau ceramig yn bodloni'r gofynion perthnasol —

(a)yn y Rheoliadau hyn; neu

(b)

(i)yng Nghyfarwyddeb y Cyngor 84/500/EEC ar gyd-ddynesu cyfreithiau'r Aelod-wladwriaethau o ran eitemau ceramig y bwriedir iddynt ddod i gyffyrddiad â bwydydd(2) fel y cafodd ei ddiwygio gan Gyfarwyddeb y Comisiwn 2005/31/EC(3); a

(ii)yn Rheoliad (EC) Rhif 1935/2004 Senedd Ewrop a'r Cyngor sydd yn ymwneud â deunyddiau ac eitemau y bwriedir iddynt ddod i gyffyrddiad â bwyd, ac sy'n diddymu Cyfarwyddebau 80/590/EEC ac 89/109/EEC(4).”.
