Y weithdrefn pan fo sampl i gael ei dadansoddi
19.—(1) Mae swyddog awdurdodedig sydd wedi cael sampl o dan adran 29 o'r Ddeddf, ac sydd o'r farn y dylid ei dadansoddi, i rannu'r sampl yn dair rhan.
(2) Os yw'r sampl yn cynnwys cynwysyddion seliedig, a phe bai eu hagor yn rhwystro dadansoddiad cywir ym marn y swyddog awdurdodedig, mae'r swyddog awdurdodedig i rannu'r sampl yn rhannau drwy roi'r cynwysyddion mewn tair cyfran, ac mae pob cyfran i'w thrin fel pe bai'n rhan.
(3) Bydd y swyddog awdurdodedig —
(a)yn gosod pob rhan mewn cynhwysydd addas ac yn ei selio os bydd angen;
(b)yn marcio pob rhan neu gynhwysydd;
(c)cyn gynted ag y bo'n rhesymol ymarferol — yn rhoi un rhan i'r perchennog, a'i hysbysu ar bapur y bydd y sampl yn cael ei dadansoddi;
(ch)yn cyflwyno un rhan i'w dadansoddi yn unol ag adran 30 o'r Ddeddf; a
(d)yn cadw un rhan er mwyn ei chyflwyno yn y dyfodol o dan reoliad 20.
