Potelu dŵr ffynnon a datblygu ffynhonnau dŵr ffynnon

10.—(1) Ni chaiff neb beri bod unrhyw ddŵr yn cael ei botelu mewn potel wedi'i marcio neu'i labelu â'r disgrifiad “spring water” neu “dŵr ffynnon” onid yw'r dŵr hwnnw—

(a)wedi'i echdynnu o ffynnon; a

(b)yn bodloni gofynion Atodlenni 2 a 4.

(2) Ni chaiff neb beri bod unrhyw ddŵr which a gafodd ei drin ag aer a gyfoethogwyd ag osôn yn cael ei botelu mewn potel wedi'i marcio neu wedi'i labelu'n ddŵr ffynnon, onid yw'r driniaeth honno'n dechneg awdurdodedig ocsidio aer a gyfoethogwyd ag osôn.

(3) Os gwelir yn ystod datblygu bod dŵr ffynnon yn llygredig ac y gallai potelu'r dŵr hwnnw fynd yn groes i baragraff 6, 7 neu 8 o Atodlen 4, ni chaiff neb ddatblygu'r ffynnon yr echdynnir y dŵr ohoni hyd nes y caiff achos y llygredd ei ddileu ac y gallai potelu'r dŵr gydymffurfio â'r paragraffau hynny.
