1.—(1) Enw'r Rheoliadau hyn yw Rheoliadau Taliadau Gweinyddol (Crynodeb o Hawliau a Rhwymedigaethau) (Cymru) 2007 a deuant i rym ar 30 Tachwedd 2007.
(2) Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn gymwys pan gyflwynir, ar 30 Tachwedd 2007, neu ar ôl hynny, hawliad am daliad gweinyddol(1) mewn perthynas ag annedd(2) yng Nghymru.
