4. Mae'r darpariaethau canlynol yn gymwys pan fo galwad i dalu (“yr alwad i dalu cyntaf”) i dalu taliadau gwasanaeth wedi'i ddyroddi cyn 30 Tachwedd 2007—
(a)ni fydd gofynion adran 21B(3) a (4) o Ddeddf Landlord a Thenant 1985, fel y'u mewnosodwyd gan adran 153 o'r Ddeddf, yn gymwys i alwad i dalu pellach i dalu taliadau gwasanaeth pan fo'r alwad i dalu cyntaf wedi'i dyroddi cyn 30 Tachwedd 2007 o ran taliadau gwasanaeth sydd i'w talu cyn 30 Tachwedd 2007; a
(b)bydd adran 21B o Ddeddf Landlord a Thenant 1985 yn gymwys i alwad i dalu pellach i dalu taliadau gwasanaeth pan fo'r alwad i dalu cyntaf wedi'i dyroddi cyn 30 Tachwedd 2007 o ran taliadau gwasanaeth sydd i'w talu cyn neu ar ôl 30 Tachwedd 2007.
