Diwygiadau i Reoliadau Comisiynydd Plant Cymru 2001
3.—(1) Diwygir Rheoliadau Comisiynydd Plant Cymru 2001(1) yn unol â'r darpariaethau a ganlyn o'r rheoliad hwn.
(2) Yn dilyn dod i ben y cyfnod cychwynnol, ar gyfer y dehongliad o “y Prif Weinidog” (“the First Minister”) rhodder y diffiniad canlynol:—
ystyr “y Prif Weinidog” (“the First Minister”) yw'r person a benodir o dro i dro fel Prif Weinidog Cymru o dan adran 46(1) o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Cymru 2006.
(3) Diwygier rheoliad 13 fel a ganlyn —
(a) Ar ôl rheoliad 13(2), ychwaneger—
“(2A) Os bydd y Comisiynydd a'r Comisiynydd ar gyfer Pobl Hyn yng Nghymru yn cyflawni eu priod swyddogaethau o dan y Ddeddf ac o dan Ddeddf Comisiynydd ar gyfer Pobl Hyn (Cymru) 2006(2) ynghylch yr un mater caiff y Comisiynydd lunio adroddiad ar y cyd â'r Comisiynydd ar gyfer Pobl Hyn yng Nghymru.”
(b)Yn rheoliad 13(3), yn lle “(1) neu (2)” rhodder “(1), (2) neu (2A).”
