Rhannu Gwybodaeth

4.—(1) Rhaid bod gan y grwp strategaeth drefniadau ar waith ar gyfer rhannu gwybodaeth rhwng awdurdodau cyfrifol a rhaid iddo baratoi protocol sy'n nodi'r trefniadau hynny.

(2) Rhaid i'r protocol rhannu gwybodaeth ymwneud â rhannu gwybodaeth—

(a)o dan adran 17A o Ddeddf 1998(1);

(b)o dan adran 115 o Ddeddf 1998(2); ac

(c)fel arall at ddibenion llunio a gweithredu asesiad strategol a chynllun partneriaeth ar gyfer yr ardal.

(3) Rhaid i bob awdurdod cyfrifol gydymffurfio â'r protocol a baratoir o dan baragraff (1) ac enwebu person sydd o fewn yr awdurdod hwnnw i hwyluso rhannu gwybodaeth o dan y protocol.

Mewnosodwyd adran 17A yn Neddf 1998 gan adran 22 o Ddeddf yr Heddlu a Chyfiawnder 2006 ac Atodlen 9 iddi ac mae mewn grym ers 19 Tachwedd 2007 (O.S.2007/3073).

Diwygiwyd adran 115 gan adran 74 o Ddeddf Cyfiawnder Troseddol a Gwasanaethau Llys 2000 (p.43) ac Atodlen 7 iddi, adran 97 o Ddeddf Diwygio'r Heddlu 2002, adran 219 o Ddeddf Tai 2004 (p.34), adran 22 o Ddeddf yr Heddu a Chyfiawnder 2006 ac Atodlen 9 iddi (mae'r diwygiadau hynny mewn grym ers 19 Tachwedd 2007 (O.S. 2007/3073) ac O.S. 2000/90 ac O.S.2002/2469.
