Llety

5.—(1) Rhaid i bob mochyn fod yn rhydd i droi o amgylch heb anhawster bob amser.

(2) Rhaid i'r llety a ddefnyddir ar gyfer moch gael ei adeiladu yn y fath fodd ag i ganiatáu i bob mochyn —

(a)sefyll, gorwedd a gorffwyso heb anhawster;

(b)cael lle y gall orffwyso ynddo sy'n lân, yn gysurus ac wedi ei ddraenio'n ddigonol;

(c)gweld moch eraill, ac eithrio—

(i)pan fo'r mochyn wedi'i ynysu am resymau milfeddygol; neu

(ii)yn ystod yr wythnos cyn yr amser porchella disgwyliedig ac yn ystod porchella, pan ganiateir cadw hychod a banwesod o olwg moch eraill;

(ch)cynnal tymheredd cysurus; a

(d)cael digon o le fel y gall yr holl anifeiliaid orwedd ar yr un pryd.
