4.—(1) Ni chaiff unrhyw berson sy'n gyfrifol am lo roi tennyn na pheri rhoi tennyn arno, ac eithrio lloi a gedwir mewn adeilad mewn grwp y caniateir rhoi tennyn arnynt am gyfnod nad yw'n hwy nag awr tra'n eu bwydo â llaeth neu amnewidyn llaeth.

(2) Pan ddefnyddir tenynnau yn unol ag is-baragraff (1), rhaid iddynt beidio â pheri poen nac anaf i'r lloi a rhaid eu harchwilio'n rheolaidd a'u haddasu yn ôl yr angen i sicrhau eu bod yn ffitio'n gysurus.

(3) Rhaid i bob tennyn fod wedi ei ddylunio i osgoi'r risg o dagu neu achosi poen neu anaf ac i ganiatáu i'r llo orwedd, gorffwys, sefyll a thacluso'i hun heb rwystr.
