Codau Ymarfer
6.—(1) Rhaid i berson sy'n gyfrifol am anifail a ffermir —
(a)peidio â gofalu am yr anifail onid yw'n gyfarwydd â'r cod ymarfer perthnasol a bod y cod ar gael iddo tra'n gofalu am yr anifail; a
(b)cymryd pob cam rhesymol i sicrhau nad yw person a gyflogir ganddo, neu a gymerir i weithio ganddo, yn gofalu am yr anifail oni bai bod y person arall hwnnw—
(i)yn gyfarwydd ag unrhyw god ymarfer perthnasol;
(ii)bod y cod ar gael iddo tra'n gofalu am yr anifail; a
(iii)ei fod wedi cael hyfforddiant ac arweiniad ar y cod hwnnw.
(2) Yn yr adran hon, ystyr “cod ymarfer perthnasol” (“relevant code of practice”) yw cod ymarfer a gyhoeddwyd o dan adran 14 o Ddeddf Lles Anifeiliaid 2006 neu god ymarfer statudol a gyhoeddwyd o dan adran 3 o Ddeddf Amaethyddiaeth (Darpariaethau Amrywiol) 1968(1) mewn perthynas â'r rhywogaeth benodol o anifeiliaid a ffermir y mae'r person yn gofalu amdanynt.
