Arbed codau argymhellion ar gyfer lles da byw a darpariaethau trosiannol
3.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff 3, bydd cod argymhellion ar gyfer lles da byw a ddyroddwyd o dan adran 3 o Ddeddf 1968—
(a)yn effeithiol yn ystod y cyfnod trosiannol o ran anifeiliaid a ffermir o rywogaeth y mae'r cod yn berthnasol iddo megis petai'r cod wedi'i ddyroddi o dan adran 14 o Ddeddf 2006;
(b)yn un y caniateir ei adolygu yn unol ag adrannau 14 a 15 o Ddeddf 2006; ac
(c)yn un y caniateir ei ddiddymu yn unol ag adran 17 o Ddeddf (2006)
(2) Ym mharagraff 1(a), ystyr cyfnod trosiannol ar gyfer cod argymhellion yw'r cyfnod rhwng dyfodiad y Gorchymyn hwn i rym a dirymiad y cod argymhellion hwnnw o dan adran 17 o Ddeddf 2006.
(3) O ran cod argymhellion—
(a)y mae'n gymwys i anifeiliaid a ffermir o rywogaeth y mae'r cod hwnnw'n ymwneud ag ef p'un ai yw'r anifail ar dir amaethyddol fel y'i diffinnir yn adran 8(1) o Ddeddf 1968 ai peidio; a
(b)nid yw'n cynnwys y “Cod Argymhellion ar gyfer Lles Dofednod Domestig”(1) a ddaeth i rym ar 1 Medi 1987.
