1. Enw'r Rheoliadau hyn yw Rheoliadau Adnabod Gwartheg (Cymru) (Diwygio) 2007; maent yn gymwys o ran Cymru a deuant i rym ar 14 Tachwedd 2007.

2. Diwygir Rheoliadau Adnabod Gwartheg (Cymru) 2007(4) drwy ychwanegu ar ôl rheoliad 3(3) y paragraff canlynol —
“(4) Bydd unrhyw berson sy'n methu â chydymffurfio â pharagraff (1) neu baragraff (3) yn euog o dramgwydd.”

Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn cywiro cyfeiliornad yn Rheoliadau Adnabod Gwartheg (Cymru) 2007 i'w gwneud yn dramgwydd i fethu â rhoi hysbysiad o ddaliad o dan reoliad 3.
Ni chafodd asesiad effaith rheoleiddiol llawn ei baratoi ar gyfer yr offeryn hwn gan na ragwelir unrhyw effaith ar y sector breifat na'r sector wirfoddol.
