1. The title of these Regulations is the Cattle Identification (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2007; they apply in relation to Wales and come into force on 14 November 2007.
2. The Cattle Identification (Wales) Regulations 2007(1) are amended by adding after regulation 3(3) the following paragraph —
“(4) Any person who fails to comply with paragraph (1) or (3) is guilty of an offence.”
