Title, application, commencement and cessation1
These Regulations—
a
are entitled the Import and Export Restrictions (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (No.5) (Wales) Regulations 2007;
b
apply in relation to Wales;
c
come into force at 2.00pm on 18 October 2007; and
d
cease to have effect on 15 November 2007.
