Title and commencement

1.—(1) The title of this Order is the Disease Control (Wales) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2007.

(2) This Order applies in relation to Wales and comes into force at 12.00 noon on 8 September 2007.

Amendment

2.  The Disease Control (Wales) Order 2003(2) is amended by omitting article 3A.

Explanatory Note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order amends the Disease Control (Wales) Order 2003 (S.I. 2003/1966 (W.211)) to remove the emergency measures that increase the standstill period from 6 to 20 days and disapply paragraph 8 of Schedule 1 and paragraph 13 of Schedule 2 in respect of certain movements in a sole occupancy group.

A regulatory impact assessment has not been prepared for this Order.
