Approvals

3.—(1) The Welsh Ministers may approve premises and establishments for the purposes of these Regulations if they are satisfied that the occupier will comply with the conditions of these Regulations.

(2) Any approval must be in writing, may be made subject to conditions and may be amended, suspended or revoked by notice at any time, and in particular may be suspended or revoked if the Welsh Ministers are reasonably of the opinion that the provisions of these Regulations are not being complied with.

(3) Any requirement for approved premises or establishments is fulfilled if the premises or establishments are in a part of the British Islands outside Wales and are approved by the relevant competent authority for the purposes of the Decision.
