Cyfnod y cynllun
4.—(1) Bydd y Cynllun Plant a Phobl Ifanc cyntaf yn cael effaith am y cyfnod sy'n cychwyn ar 1 Awst 2008 ac yn dod i ben ar 31 Mawrth 2011.
(2) Bydd yr ail Gynllun Plant a Phobl Ifanc, a'r rhai dilynol, yn cael effaith am y cyfnod o dair blynedd sy'n cychwyn ar 1 Ebrill yn y flwyddyn pan fydd cyfnod y cynllun blaenorol yn dod i ben.
