Diwygio Rheoliadau Cynhyrchion Buchol (Cyfyngu ar eu Rhoi ar y Farchnad) (Cymru) (Rhif 2) 2005

2.—(1) Diwygir Rheoliadau Cynhyrchion Buchol (Cyfyngu ar eu Rhoi ar y Farchnad) (Cymru) (Rhif 2) 2005(1) yn unol â pharagraffau (2) i (4).

(2) Ym mharagraff (1) o reoliad 2 (dehongli) —

(a)mae'r diffiniadau canlynol o offerynnau Cymunedol penodol wedi'u rhoi yn lle'r diffiniadau o'r offerynnau Cymunedol sy'n ymddangos yn union ar ôl y diffiniad o “cig ffres”—

  • “mae i “Cyfarwyddeb 2004/41”, “Penderfyniad 2007/411”, “Rheoliad 999/2001”, “Rheoliad 178/2002”, “Rheoliad 852/2004”, “Rheoliad 853/2004”, “Rheoliad 854/2004”, “Rheoliad 882/2004”, “Rheoliad 1688/2005”, “Rheoliad 2073/2005”, “Rheoliad 2074/2005”, “Rheoliad 2075/2005”, “Rheoliad 2076/2005”, “Rheoliad 575/2006”, “Rheoliad 1664/2006”, “Rheoliad 1665/2006”, “Rheoliad 1666/2006”, “Rheoliad 1791/2006” a “Rheoliad 1923/2006” yr ystyr a roddir iddynt yn eu trefn yn yr Atodlen;”; a

(b)rhoddir yr ymadrodd “Mhenderfyniad 2007/411” yn lle'r ymadrodd “Mhenderfyniad 2005/598” sy'n ymddangos yn y diffiniad cyfun o “deunydd” a “cynnyrch”.

(3) Ym mharagraff (4)(b) o reoliad 5 (arolygu cynhyrchion a chymryd meddiant ohonynt), rhoddir y geiriau “y rheoliad hwnnw” yn lle'r geiriau “yr adran honno”.

(4) Yn lle'r Atodlen (diffiniadau o ddeddfwriaeth Gymunedol) rhoddir yr Atodlen a osodir yn yr Atodlen i'r Rheoliadau hyn.
