The National Assembly for Wales makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 129 and 203(9) and (10) of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006(1).

2006 c. 42. References in the Act to “Welsh Ministers” are to have effect until the end of the initial period, within the meaning of the Government of Wales Act 2006 (c. 32), as references to the National Assembly for Wales, constituted by the Government of Wales Act 1998 (c. 38), by virtue of section 5 of and paragraph 10 of Schedule 3 to the National Health Service (Consequential Provisions) Act 2006 (c. 43).
