Cludwyr

6.  Bydd cludwr sy'n methu â chydymffurfio â darpariaethau canlynol Rheoliad y Cyngor (EC) Rhif 1/2005 yn euog o dramgwydd yn erbyn y Ddeddf—

(a)Erthygl 4(2) (mae Erthygl 4 yn ymwneud â dogfennaeth gludo);

(b)Erthygl 5(2) a (4) (mae Erthygl 5 yn ymwneud â rhwymedigaethau cynllunio ar gyfer cludo anifeiliaid);

(c)Erthygl 6(2), (3), (4), (6) ac (8) (mae Erthygl 6 yn ymwneud â chludwyr);

(ch)Erthygl 6(9)—

(i)yn achos cyfrwng cludo ar y ffordd sydd mewn gwasanaeth am y tro cyntaf ar neu ar ôl i'r Gorchymyn hwn ddod i rym; a

(ii)yn achos pob cyfrwng cludo ar y ffordd ar neu ar ôl 1 Ionawr 2009;

(d)Erthygl 12 (mae Erthygl 12 yn ymwneud â chyfyngu ar geisiadau am awdurdodiad).
