Gorchymyn Lles Anifeiliaid (Cludo) (Cymru) 2007

Cludo

5.—(1) Bydd person sy'n methu â chydymffurfio ag unrhyw un o ddarpariaethau canlynol Rheoliad y Cyngor (EC) Rhif 1/2005 yn euog o dramgwydd yn erbyn y Ddeddf—

(a)Erthygl 3 (amodau cyffredinol ar gyfer cludo anifeiliaid);

(b)Erthygl 4(1) (mae Erthygl 4 yn ymwneud â dogfennaeth gludo);

(c)Erthygl 5(1) (mae Erthygl 5 yn ymwneud â rhwymedigaethau cynllunio i gludo anifeiliaid);

(ch)Erthygl 6(1) (mae Erthygl 6 yn ymwneud â chludwyr);

(d)o 5 Ionawr 2008 ymlaen, Erthygl 6(5);

(dd)Erthygl 7 (arolygu cyfrwng cludo ymlaen llaw a'i gymeradwyo ymlaen llaw);

(e)pwyntiau 1.8, 1.9 neu 1.11 Pennod III o Atodiad I (mae Pennod III yn ymwneud ag arferion cludo).

(2) Ni chaiff neb dynnu ymaith, difwyno, dileu na newid unrhyw farc a wneir o dan baragraff (3) o erthygl 24 (pwerau arolygwyr);

(3) Rhaid cadw copïau o'r ddogfennaeth y cyfeirir ati yn Erthygl 4 o Reoliad y Cyngor (EC) Rhif 1/2005 am 6 mis o'r dyddiad y cwblhawyd y daith.
