Darpariaeth gyffredinol ynghylch diogelu anifeiliaid wrth iddynt gael eu cludo

4.—(1) Mae'n dramgwydd i gludo unrhyw anifail mewn ffordd sy'n peri, neu'n debyg o beri, i'r anifail hwnnw gael ei anafu neu iddo ddioddef yn ddiangen.

(2) Mae'n dramgwydd i gludo unrhyw anifail ac eithrio yn y cynwysyddion neu'r cyfryngau cludo, o dan yr amodau (yn benodol gyda golwg ar le, awyru, tymheredd a diogelwch) a chyda'r cyflenwadau hylif ac ocsigen, sy'n briodol ar gyfer y rhywogaeth o dan sylw.

(3) Mae'r erthygl hon yn gymwys i gludo anifeiliaid di-asgwrn-cefn â gwaed oer.

(4) Mae'r erthygl hon yn gymwys i gludo anifeiliaid asgwrn cefn ac eithrio'r rhai y mae Rheoliad y Cyngor (EC) Rhif 1/2005 yn gymwys iddynt.
