Amendment of regulation 1 of the National Health Service (Optical Charges and Payments) Regulations 1997

2.  In the definition of “NHS sight test fee” in regulation 1(2) of the National Health Service (Optical Charges and Payments) Regulations 1997(1)—

(a) for “£50.77” substitute “£52.04”; and

(b) for “£18.39” substitute “£18.85”.
