Pan roddir triniaeth i anifail heblaw un yr ymdrinnir ag ef yn unrhyw un o Atodlenni 2 i 8, a honno'n driniaeth sydd yn y rhestr isod, rhaid iddi gael ei rhoi yn unol â'r amod neu'r amodau a bennir ar gyfer y driniaeth honno.

Torri blaen clust chwith cathod lledwyllt

1.  Rhaid rhoi anesthetig.
