Cyfalwni triniaethau gwaharddedig mewn argyfwng

4.—(1) Nid yw adran 5(1) a (2) o'r Ddeddf yn gymwys pan fo triniaeth waharddedig yn cael ei rhoi mewn argyfwng er mwyn arbed bywyd yr anifail a warchodir(1) neu er mwyn lledfu ei boen.

(2) Rhaid i unrhyw driniaeth a roddir o dan baragraff (1) gael ei rhoi yn unol â rheoliad 3, i'r graddau y mae'n ymarferol o dan yr holl amgylchiadau.
