Rheoliadau Tocio Cynffonnau Cwn Gwaith (Cymru) 2007

Dynodi cwn wedi'u tocio

5.—(1) Er mwyn cael ei ddynodi fel ci is-adran (3) fel sy'n ofynnol gan adran 6(8) o Ddeddf Lles Anifeiliaid 2006 rhaid i gi fod wedi'i ficrosglodynnu—

(a)gan filfeddyg neu gan nyrs filfeddygol yn gweithredu o dan oruchwyliaeth milfeddyg; a

(b)gan ddefnyddio microsglodyn sy'n cydymffurfio naill ai â safon ISO 11784 neu ag Atodiad A i safon ISO 11785 y Gyfundrefn Safonau Rhyngwladol ar gyfer microsglodion(1).

(2) Dim ond ar ôl i'r perchennog, neu berson arall y mae'r milfeddyg sydd i wneud neu i oruchwylio'r microsglodynnu yn credu'n rhesymol ei fod yn cynrychioli'r perchennog, wneud datganiad wedi'i lofnodi a'i ddyddio ar Ran 4 o dystysgrif yn y ffurf a ragnodir yn Atodlen 2 y ceir microsglodynnu ci at ddibenion y Rheoliadau hyn.

(3) Rhaid i'r milfeddyg sy'n gwneud neu'n goruchwylio'r microsglodynnu ardystio'r ffaith honno ar Ran 5 o dystysgrif yn y ffurflen a ragnodir yn Atodlen 2.
