The National Assembly for Wales makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Agriculture (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1968(1) and now vested in it.
In accordance with section 2(1) of that Act, the Assembly has consulted those persons appearing to it to represent interests with which these Regulations are concerned as it considered appropriate.
1. The title of these Regulations is the Welfare of Animals (Miscellaneous Revocations) (Wales) Regulations 2007. They apply in relation to Wales and come into force on 28 March 2007.
2. The instruments described in the first and second columns of the Schedule are revoked to the extent described in the third column of the Schedule.

These Regulations revoke the provisions specified in the Schedule, as a consequence of the replacement of their substance in the Mutilations (Permitted Procedures) (Wales) Regulations 2007.

Schedule 6 was substituted by S.I. 2003/1726 (at regulation 3(4)).
