2.—(1) Mae Rheoliadau'r Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol (Gwasanaethau Offthalmig Cyffredinol) 1986(1) wedi'u diwygio yn unol â'r ddarpariaeth a ganlyn yn y rheoliad hwn.
(2) Yn rheoliad 10(1) (y Datganiad) —
ar ddiwedd rheoliad 10(1)(b) mewnosoder —
“A determination may provide that allowances to be paid in respect of continuing education and training by ophthalmic medical practitioners and opticians other than corporate opticians may be paid in respect of a period beginning on a date earlier than the date of the determination if, taking the determination as a whole, it is not detrimental to the persons to whose remuneration it relates.”.
