3.  Datganiad sy'n nodi strategaeth yr awdurdod ar gyfer gwella perfformiad ysgolion a gynhelir gan yr awdurdod, gan gynnwys ei strategaethau ar gyfer y canlynol—

(a)cefnogi ysgolion—

(i)y mae eu perfformiad yn sylweddol waeth na pherfformiad ysgolion eraill yng Nghymru sydd â lefelau tebyg o ddisgyblion â'r hawl i brydau am ddim yn yr ysgol; neu

(ii)a arolygwyd gan arolygydd cofrestredig, y mae ei adroddiad arolygu'n datgan bod mesurau arbennig yn ofynnol o ran yr ysgol, neu ei bod yn ofynnol i'r ysgol wella'n sylweddol, ym marn yr arolygydd, a bod y Prif Arolygydd yn cytuno â'r farn honno; neu

(iii)a arolygwyd gan aelod o'r Arolygiaeth y mae ei adroddiad arolygu'n datgan bod mesurau arbennig yn ofynnol o ran yr ysgol, neu ei bod yn ofynnol i'r ysgol wella'n sylweddol, ym marn yr arolygydd;

(b)cefnogi ysgolion yn y gwaith o wella'r modd y trosglwyddir disgyblion rhwng yr ail gyfnod allweddol a'r trydydd;

(c)cefnogi ysgolion yn y gwaith o wella safonau llythrennedd neu rifedd, gan gynnwys darpariaeth ar gyfer gwella sgiliau'r sawl sy'n tangyflawni;

(ch)darpariaeth ar gyfer disgyblion ag anghenion dysgu sy'n sylweddol fwy na rhai'r mwyafrif o'u cyfoedion;

(d)cefnogi ysgolion a'r gefnogaeth honno wedi'i hanelu at gadw disgyblion yn yr ysgol ac at ailintegreiddio disgyblion a waharddwyd;

(dd)cefnogi ysgolion i ddatblygu ffocws cymunedol;

(e)cefnogi parhad ieithyddol yn yr iaith Gymraeg; ac

(f)cefnogi ysgolion yn y gwaith o wella cyfradd presenoldebau disgyblion.
