Cymhwyso

2.—(1) Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn gymwys o ran Cymru fel a nodir yn y rheoliad hwn.

(2) O ran cofrestr adran 31A, mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn gymwys pan fo map a datganiad—

(a)yn cael eu hadneuo gyda'r awdurdod, neu pan fo mynegiad yn cael ei gyflwyno iddo, o dan adran 31(6) o Ddeddf 1980 ar neu ar ôl 1 Gorffennaf 2006;

(b)wedi'u hadneuo gyda'r awdurdod cyn 1 Gorffennaf 2006 a bod mynegiad sy'n ymwneud â hwy wedi'i gyflwyno yr un pryd (neu'n ddiweddarach) a hwnnw'n ddatganiad sy'n parhau i gael effaith ar 1 Gorffennaf 2006.

(3) O ran cofrestr adran 53B, mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn gymwys pan fo cais yn cael ei wneud o dan adran 53(5) o Ddeddf 1981—

(a)ar neu ar ôl 1 Gorffennaf 2006;

(b)cyn 1 Gorffennaf 2006, os nad yw gweithdrefnau o dan Atodlen 15 i Ddeddf 1981 wedi'u cwblhau erbyn 1 Gorffennaf 2006.

(4) O ran cofrestr adran 121B, mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn gymwys i gais y mae adran 121B o Ddeddf 1980 yn gymwys iddo.
