The National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 1, 7(1), 7(2), 8(1), 11, 15(5), 17(1), 23, 25, 28, 35(1), 35(3), 38(1), 65(A)(3) and 83(2) of the Animal Health Act 19811, makes the following Order:
