Ffioedd

4.—(1) Rhaid i fewnforiwr dalu i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol adeg mewnforio llwyth y mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn gymwys iddo—

(a)yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (2), y ffi a bennir—

(i)yn nhrydedd golofn Atodlen 1 am unrhyw lwyth ac eithrio llwyth o un math o blanhigyn neu gynnyrch planhigyn y mae is-baragraff (a)(ii) yn gymwys iddo; neu

(ii)ym mhedwaredd golofn Atodlen 2 am lwyth o unrhyw un math o blanhigyn neu gynnyrch planhigyn a restrir yng ngholofn gyntaf yr Atodlen honno ac sy'n dod o wlad a restrir yn nhrydedd golofn yr Atodlen honno; a

(b)y ffi a bennir am wiriad dogfennol a gwiriad adnabod yn nhrydedd golofn Atodlen 3.

(2) Pan fo gwiriad iechyd planhigion yn cael ei gynnal ar lwyth ar gais mewnforiwr, neu unrhyw berson arall sy'n gyfrifol am y llwyth, y tu allan i oriau gwaith yn ystod y dydd, y ffi sy'n daladwy o dan baragraff (1)(a) am y llwyth hwnnw yw—

(a)y ffi a bennir ym mhedwaredd golofn Atodlen 1 os yw'r llwyth yn llwyth y mae paragraff (1)(a)(i) yn gymwys iddo; neu

(b)y ffi a bennir ym mhumed golofn Atodlen 2 os yw'r llwyth yn llwyth y mae paragraff (1)(a)(ii) yn gymwys iddo.
