Title, commencement and application
1.—(1) The title of these Regulations is the Pollution Prevention and Control (England and Wales) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2006.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 25 October 2006.
(3) These Regulations apply to Wales.
