Interpretation
2. In these Regulations—
“the 1996 Regulations” (“Rheoliadau 1996”) means the Housing Renewal Grants Regulations 1996(1), and
“the qualifying age for state pension credit” (“oedran sy'n cymhwyso ar gyfer credyd pensiwn y wladwriaeth”) is (in accordance with section 1(2)(b) of the State Pension Credit Act 2002)(2)—
in the case of a woman, pensionable age; or
in the case of a man, the age which is pensionable age in the case of a woman born on the same day as the man.
