(i)in sub-paragraph (a), for “£94.50” substitute “£175”; and
(ii)in sub-paragraph (b), for “£140” substitute “£300”.
Paragraph (1A) was inserted by S.I. 1998/808, and the amounts in that paragraph were substituted in relation to Wales by S.I. 2002/2798 (W. 266).
