Dyletswydd i lunio, adolygu a diwygio cynlluniau gweithredu
19.—(1) Rhaid i'r awdurdod cymwys heb fod yn hwyrach na 30 Ebrill 2008—
(a)llunio cynllun gweithredu ar gyfer lleoedd yn agos i'r brif faes awyr; a
(b)cyflwyno'r cynllun gweithredu hwnnw i'r Cynulliad.
(2) Dim ond os nad oedd hi'n ofynnol i'r awdurdod cymwys lunio cynllun gweithredu ar gyfer y prif faes awyr yn unol â pharagraff (1) oherwydd nad ef oedd yr awdurdod cymwys ar 30 Ebrill 2008 neu cyn hynny y mae paragraff (3) yn gymwys.
(3) Rhaid i'r awdurdod cymwys heb fod yn hwyrach na 30 Ebrill 2013—
(a)llunio cynllun gweithredu ar gyfer lleoedd yn agos i'r prif faes awyr; a
(b)cyflwyno'r cynllun gweithredu hwnnw i'r Cynulliad.
(4) Mae paragraff (5) yn gymwys—
(a)pa bryd bynnag y bydd prif ddatblygiad yn digwydd ac yn effeithio ar y sefyllfa bresennol o ran sŵn; a
(b)o leiaf bob pum mlynedd ar ôl y dyddiad y mabwysiedir cynllun gweithredu yn unol â rheoliad 24.
(5) Rhaid i'r awdurdod cymwys—
(a)adolygu; a
(b)diwygio, os bydd angen,
y cynllun gweithredu.
(6) Rhaid cyflwyno i'r Cynulliad gynllun gweithredu wedi'i ddiwygio'n unol â pharagraff (5)(b) a hynny o fewn tri diwrnod gwaith i'w ddiwygio.
