13.—(1) Heb fod yn hwyrach na—
(a)30 Medi 2007; a
(b)30 Medi 2012,
rhaid i'r Cynulliad nodi, a hynny ar ffurf rheoliadau, ardaloedd tawel mewn crynodrefi.
(2) Mae paragraff (3) yn gymwys os yw'r Cynulliad o'r farn nad yw'r rheoliadau diweddaraf a gynhyrchir yn unol â'r rheoliad hwn yn briodol mwyach.
(3) Rhaid i'r Cynulliad, a hynny ar ffurf rheoliadau a heb fod yn hwyrach na 30 Medi mewn unrhyw flwyddyn berthnasol, ac os yw o'r farn bod angen hynny, nodi ardaloedd tawel mewn crynodrefi.
(4) Ym mharagraff (3) ystyr “blwyddyn berthnasol” (“relevant year”) yw 2017 a phob pumed flwyddyn ar ôl hynny.
