The title of these Regulations is the Common Agricultural Policy (Wine) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2006. These Regulations come into force on 1 July 2006 and apply in relation to Wales.

In these Regulations “the 2001 Regulations” (“y prif Reoliadau”) mean the Common Agricultural Policy (Wine) (Wales) Regulations 20015.
