Cyfnodau rhwng arolygiadau
14.—(1) Pan fydd yn ofynnol gan adran 50(1) i gorff llywodraethu ysgol wirfoddol neu sefydledig sicrhau y rhoddir addysg enwadol i unrhyw ddisgyblion a bod cynnwys addoli ar y cyd yn yr ysgol yn cael ei arolygu, rhaid iddynt sicrhau bod yr arolygiad yn cael ei gynnal bob chwe blynedd.
(2) Mae cyfnodau'n mynd o—
(a)y dyddiad y cwblhawyd y cyfryw arolygiad diwethaf yn yr ysgol (o dan Ddeddf 1996 neu Ddeddf 2005); neu
(b)yn achos ysgol lle na chynhaliwyd y cyfryw arolygiad o'r blaen (o dan y naill Ddeddf na'r llall), y dyddiad y derbyniwyd disgyblion gyntaf i'r ysgol.
