Hysbysu ynghylch amheuaeth o bresenoldeb clefyd neu bla

3.—(1) Rhaid i berchennog neu'r person sy'n gyfrifol am gwch sy'n gwybod neu sy'n amau—

(a)bod unrhyw wenyn o'r cwch wedi'u heintio â chlefyd hysbysadwy;

(b)bod pla hysbysadwy yn bresennol yn y cwch; neu

(c)bod pla hysbysadwy yn bresennol yn yr un fangre neu'r un cerbyd â'r cwch,

hysbysu'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol ar unwaith o'r ffaith honno.

(2) Rhaid i unrhyw berson arall—

(a)y mae ganddo yn ei feddiant neu o dan ei ofal; neu

(b)sy'n darganfod yng nghwrs ei waith,

bla gwenyn y mae'n gwybod neu'n amau ei fod yn bla hysbysadwy hysbysu'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol ar unwaith o'r ffaith honno.
